1. The service and delivery

AutoOptm runs automated performance optimization against repositories you submit, billed on metered machine time and model usage. Every job begins with a free static estimate in which none of your code is executed and nothing is charged. Choosing to continue takes a small analysis deposit, credited in full against the patch price; it is returned where no deliverable speedup is found, where the failure is ours (infrastructure failure, a timeout, a redeploy interrupting the run, or the environment failing to build), where the submitted entry point only dispatches to code we could not locate, where the program needs more GPU memory than our biggest GPU and does not fit even at a reduced setting, or where a job that skipped the estimate is cancelled within the published grace window. A quote is issued before any code is modified, and the actual charge never exceeds the quote. This is a digital service, delivered immediately: credits land in your balance the moment payment completes, and deliverables (report and patch) are delivered online in the console, nothing is shipped. Prices are as shown on the pricing page, in USD.

2. Credits

Credits are the unit of account: 1 credit corresponds to $1.00 of metered consumption. Usage-pack credits (including the trial pack) are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase; subscription credits reset at the end of each billing period. Credits bought before 2026-08-31 keep the terms they were sold under and do not expire. If a run misses its target, no patch is sold, the report is still yours, the analysis deposit returns to your balance, and nothing is charged. Credits are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash; your balance is not a deposit and earns no interest.

3. Payment channels

Payments — cards and WeChat Pay alike — are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, which issues the receipt and holds the payment records. WeChat Pay supports one-time payments only (trial pack, top-ups and 30-day packs) and cannot be used for subscription plans, because WeChat does not support recurring charges. Credits purchased either way land in the same balance with identical entitlements.

4. Refunds

The full rules live on the standalone Refund Policy page (part of these terms): the deposit returns when the target is missed or the failure is ours, and a missed target sells no patch; unused card-paid balance is refundable within 14 days; subscriptions cancel any time, effective at period end.

WeChat Pay payments cannot be reversed to the original payment method. The rail itself does not support refunds to the payer's wallet, and this is disclosed before payment. Please confirm the amount and plan before paying. Where a refund is required by mandatory applicable law, we will honor it by account credits or another lawful means; nothing in these terms limits rights you cannot waive under applicable law.

Refund requests for card payments follow Dodo Payments' process. Credits are delivered and usable immediately after purchase; you consent to performance beginning at once and acknowledge that any statutory withdrawal right for digital content (where your jurisdiction provides one) lapses on delivery, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. When the deposit is returned it comes back as account credits, not a cash refund.

5. Acceptable use, compliance and liability

You warrant that you have the right to submit the code you submit, and that you will not use the service for unlawful purposes, malware, or billing circumvention (including abuse of the analysis-deposit refund paths). Your code remains yours; you receive a perpetual license to the patches we deliver. We may refuse or terminate abusive accounts; on termination the balance is handled per the Refund Policy. The service is provided "as is"; to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aggregate liability is capped at the amounts you actually paid in the preceding 12 months. Where these terms conflict with mandatory consumer protection law, that law prevails.

6. Changes to these terms

If these terms change materially we update the date at the top of this page and give notice in-product or by email for significant changes; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. Changes do not apply retroactively to completed purchases.
