The short version: if a run misses its target, its credits are returned to your balance automatically; unused top-up balance is cash-refundable within 14 days (except the WeChat Pay rail — see below).
这些是自动的,不需要申请:诊断阶段不计费;修改代码前先给报价,实际扣费不超过报价;优化未达到承诺目标时,本次消耗的 credits 全额自动退回余额;环境无法构建时完全不扣费。绝大多数"没拿到价值"的情形在这里就已解决,不需要走到现金退款。 These are automatic — no request needed: diagnosis is free; a quote is issued before code changes and the charge never exceeds it; when a run misses its promised target, its credits are returned to your balance in full, automatically; if the environment cannot even build, nothing is charged. Most "I didn't get value" cases resolve here without a cash refund.
充值与试跑装:购买后 14 天内、且 credits 尚未消耗的部分,可申请原路退款;已消耗的部分不退(其对应的算力与模型成本已实际发生)。订阅:可随时取消,取消于当期结束生效;当期已付费用原则上不退,除非适用法律强制要求。退款由登记商户 Polar 原路退回,通常 5–10 个工作日到账。退款完成后,对应 credits 从余额中扣除。 Top-ups and the trial pack: within 14 days of purchase, the unspent portion of your credits is refundable to the original payment method; spent credits are not (their compute and model costs were actually incurred). Subscriptions: cancel any time, effective at the end of the current period; the current period is non-refundable except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Refunds are processed by Polar as merchant of record, typically arriving in 5–10 business days. Refunded credits are removed from your balance.
微信支付通道不支持向原支付方式退款,付款页与定价页在付款前均有提示,请在付款前确认金额与套餐。第 1 条的产品层面保障(未达标退回 credits 等)对微信支付的订单同样完全适用。如适用法律强制要求退款,我们将以账户 credits 或其他合法可行的方式履行;你依法享有的不可排除的权利不受本政策影响。 The WeChat Pay rail does not support refunds to the original payment method; this is disclosed on the pricing page and at checkout before you pay — please confirm the amount and plan first. Every product-level guarantee in section 1 (credits returned on a missed target, etc.) applies fully to WeChat Pay orders. Where mandatory applicable law requires a refund, we will honor it by account credits or another lawful means; rights you cannot waive under law are unaffected.
Credits 属于即时交付的数字内容:付款完成后立即入账、立即可用。你在付款时同意我们立即开始履行,并知悉在即时履行开始后,法定撤回权(如你所在地设有,如欧盟/英国的 14 天撤回权)即告消灭 —— 但第 2 条中我们自愿提供的"14 天未使用可退"不受此影响,法律另有强制规定的从其规定。 Credits are digital content delivered immediately: they land in your balance and are usable the moment payment completes. By paying you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that any statutory withdrawal right (such as the EU/UK 14-day right, where applicable) lapses once performance begins — our voluntary 14-day unused-balance refund in section 2 is unaffected, and mandatory law prevails where it says otherwise.
